Roles amp; responsibilities

• Manage all HR procedures and ensure smooth day to day HR operations. Perform a
• variety of human resources, personnel and office administrative tasks.
• Manage all internal HR workflows and all work related to databases and follow HR
• procedures and SOPs
• Manage the HRMS tool- data
• Preparation of all HR reports/dashboards
• Issue of letters and answering employee queries
• The role-holder must have great attention to detail , enjoy data and documentation, and
• streamlining processes
• S/he must be very well planned and organised and possess the ability to drive closures
• on a daily basis
• This role will give the incumbent an opportunity to work on all aspects of the HR life cycle
• Support to all HR activities/initiatives being driven by the HR managers and HR Director

Experience

• A Masteramp;#39;s/ degree in HR/Business Administration (with a HR specialization)
• 1-2 year/s HR experience.
• Good in communication both verbal and written.
• Experience in the services industry – we admit we’re a bit biased, but equally open to be
• pleasantly surprised!
• Advance Excel Knowledge is a mandatory.
