We are looking for account managers that will work closely with portfolio managers and account executives to work on expansion/upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. You will be responsible for generating a pipeline of opportunities for expansion from our existing list of customers
What you will do
a) You will maintain a pipeline in Hubspot similar to the new business team who is in charge of new acquisitions.
b) You will be a quota carrying individual. Quota will be calculated quarterly.
c) You will be responsible for moving their existing prospects to new pricing tiers as and when the need is identified.
d) You will be closely involved with portfolio managers during business reviews and QBRs to identify possible opportunities for expansions and upgrades.
e) You will need to learn to pitch the product similar to an account executive and be able drill down to a feature level based on the unique requirements of each existing customer. This is a true consultative selling process.
f) You will be working with the support team to identify opportunities.
g) You will be working on cross-sell opportunities that are generated by SDRs.
Who we are looking for
a) We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience as an account executive/account manager in a SaaS organization.
b) You should be comfortable working with multiple teams and also have the necessary skills to handle a small team of SDRs if the need arises.
c) You have a hunter+farmer mentality and are self driven.
d) You are comfortable working in shifts aligned with both US and EMEA regions (but not both at the same time).
e) You should have worked in a quota carrying role before and be comfortable carrying a large quota.
f) Past experience of having worked in the US markets is a must.
