Previous experience in customer service in BPOs and e-commerce sites is a must.

What will you be doing?

• To maximize customer retention and growth
• Get in touch with the clients to understand their needs and plans
• Provide an excellent customer experience by acting in the best interest of clients
• Provide timely updates on the client’s loan situation and position, as well as suggestions to help them get the most out of their loan.
• Handle client’s queries & objections
• Communicate with lenders, BDMs, and the talented pool of our brokers about the loan scenarios and take appropriate action.
• Generate Post settlement leads – how do you convince the customers to stay with us for the long term and get new business?
• Increase the number of positive product reviews and Facebook reviews.

Key skills and qualifications required to meet position objectives:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent verbal and written English communication – it is your samurai sword to understand your customer’s needs and mitigate errors
• Great Customer experience– they say, the best advertising for yourself is a loyal customer spreading the word on how incredible you are.
• Attention to detail – as we are selling dreams and crunching with numbers, we must be extra precise.
• Resilience and Consistency– everyone goes through bad experiences, just have the zeal to overcome them and develop your ability to recover.
• Be solution-focused – life is not always a bed of roses, there will be issues and problems, how creative are you? Can you think out of the box for solutions?
• Time Management ability– whoever has the secret recipe to master this skill, CRS, is your destination!
