Job Title: Sr. Executive / Deputy Manager – Human Resources

Location: Meghalaya, Shillong (Shella, Mines Site)

Department: Human Resources Department

Compensation & Benefits: As per Company policy

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from a reputed Institute.

· Experience: minimum 3-4 Years of relevant experience

Key Role:

The candidate will ensure seamless Service Delivery/HR operations of the department according to the policy/process of the Organization. This position will also ensure all monthly payroll, reimbursement and employee benefits processing, ensuring compliance and control of the department.

The HR Operations Professional is expected to:

• Execute day-to-day employee services and HR operations for all employees at Mines and Shillong office
• Processing of monthly payroll, OT, Shift allowance and other benefits as per Company policy
• Manage contractor employee payments and minimum wage parameters
• Processing and managing PF and other retiral benefits
• Supervise internal HR workflows and all work related to databases
• Manage all employee database and HRIS system
• Resolve any employees’ queries, such as those related to issues like HR operation, Leave, salary etc.
• Assist the manager in recruiting process, on-boarding and training related matters.
• Actively support with employee engagement initiatives
• Assist the managers to resolve major employee grievances and counsel employees and supervisors on employee relations issues
• Plan effective employee benefits programs and educates employees on all incentives and package
• Managing workplace safety issues and all local compliances.
• Submission of different Holcim Group reports and deliverables relating to LUMPL
