Staff Accountant :

We are looking for an experienced Accounting, Payroll & Tax Expert who can manage a company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, daily financial entries and reconciliations. Perform accounting tasks such as create invoices, enter bills, general ledger entries, Payroll processing. Assist with managing employee documents, compliance, and payroll tax filings.

IMPORTANT: You must have prior experience with QuickBooks Desktop and handling US Clients.

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Thorough understanding of bookkeeping in Quick Books

Bank reconciliations, standard ones as well as ones requiring substantial amounts of analysis

Credit Card reconciliations – same as above

Bank and Credit Card interfaces to QBO

Account analysis

Fundamental trend analysis

Other analyses as required (vendors, prepaids, accruals, etc.)

Comfortable importing and integrating new Standard Charts of Accounts into existing ones

Available once every two weeks for two-hour meetings in US Central time.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
