Job Requirements

12th Pass or ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a quality function in electronic manufacturing industries.
Good work experience in Handling measuring instruments, PCB assembly, SMT process, Assembly and Metal stamping will be an added advantage, ERP / SAP transactions.
Good knowledge Visual Management, 7 Waste, RCA, Kaizen & 7-QC tools and Six sigma techniques.
Good work experience in reading/understanding drawing & measuring equipment like Vernier , Micrometer , Height Gauge , Profile projector or VMM and etc.
Working knowledge of Microsoft package e.g. WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, and Outlook.
Knowledge in 1SO9001 system and documentations

Roles And Responsibilities

Inspection of Raw Material, sales return materials & RGP return materials.
Raise the SCAR if any non-conformity to get from Raw material vendors.
Supplier PPM monitoring and record maintenance
Attend the daily line escalation and work on containment action to run the line.
Monitor and Minimize line escalation, attend the Regular Supplier-MOS and follow-up for the closure of actions.
Handle the entire HBT MRB transactions.
Monitor and Minimize HBT-MRB, to attend Regular MRB-MOS and follow-up for the closure of actions.
Quarterly MRB inventory and participation in 3rd party inventory audits.
Active participation on Kaizens activities for continuous improvement, 5s’, Visual Management etc.
Managing the rework and segregation activity at site using supplier resource to avoid the production line stop.
QAP development for all localization projects.
Working experience of Barcode Software used in Product label Designing.
Carrying out 5S, and Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
Responsible for conducting trails and sharing dimensional and trail report along with CFT.
End to end execution of RDSO FAT activities for Indian Railways.
