Job Responsibilities: This role will be a part of the core IT digital transformation team within Honeywell that will design, develop and drive the adoption of the latest digital marketing technologies. In this position the individual will partner with internal business teams and external partners to continually evolve an end-state vision for Honeywell’s customer experience practices across the company and drive a coordinated deployment and institutionalizing of these practices. This role is responsible for designing, developing and supporting key transformational projects to Honeywell’s customer experience and commercial excellence processes. The success of this role is measured by the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the DevOps and services team in building out and supporting new websites, templates, components and integrations
Specific responsibilities include:

• Work with our internal and external teams to develop and deliver a robust digital marketing platform in AEM to transform the digital marketing landscape at Honeywell

• Ensure AEM development milestones and deliveries are met

• Work with front end technologies to integrate them to AEM Websites

• Participate in organization initiatives to meet the Enterprise IT goals and expectations

• Work closely with business to understand the technical & functional requirements and help them to achieve it through effective execution

• Provide solutions to complex business problems in AEM Platform

• Integrate AEM with third party solutions

• Create Multi-tenant and Multi-language web applications in AEM

• Create and manage component libraries in AEM

• Design and develop easy to use and intuitive interfaces for the CMS authors focusing on good User Experience

• Have a good grasp on processes to improve the team’s efficiency and productivity

• Good at getting an overall understanding of technical architecture of any solution and work with various technical teams to meet the milestones

• Have experience in writing user stories, maintaining the backlog of requirements and tracking them, ordering the items in the backlog to best achieve business goals and missions

• Present the solutions and improvement strategies to the business

• Conducting research and making recommendations on new and emerging web technologies that can be leveraged through existing web investments

• Communicating complex scenarios to technical as well as non-technical teams and balancing business objectives, brand and customer needs

• Understanding and anticipating the client’s needs and working on POCs on emerging solutions

Having the following is a plus:

• Experience on Elastic search, Informatica PIM, Enterprise DAM, Adobe suite of products

• Innovative skills in seeking out new approaches and solutions

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Cloud Service Models and DevOps

• Being proactive & taking initiative

Good team player, Quicker learner & listener Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and 5 to 8 years Software Engineering experience

• 3-4 years’ experience in AEM/ Adobe CQ (Adobe Experience Manager) and knowledge on OSGI, CRXDE, JCR, REST, Apache Sling, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, JSON and other web technologies

• Hands on programming experience in AEM 6.X and Java

• Basic hands on experience on UI technologies like JQuery, HTML 5 and CSS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

• Problem solving capabilities

• Technical understanding and grasping power

• eCommerce knowledge
