Exp.: Min. 1 year of US Healthcare recruitment for Nurses & Paramedical Staffs for US Hospital Facilities.

Shift Timings: EST (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Role & Responsibilities:
He/She is

Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients for their Healthcare Domain (RN, Staff Nurses, Travel Nurses & all other Paramedical Staffs across USA

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing, Interview, Offer, Negotiation and Closed Candidates for Assigned Requisitions.

Sourcing from all major Job Portals Career builder, Indeed & LinkedIn etc & also making job postings on the Job Portals.

Responsible to work on Full Time as well as Contract positions.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.

Responsible for Sourcing Cvs in the healthcare area – Nurses, RN, Health Care Administrators, Physician Assistant, Physician/Doctors, Therapist, Pathologist, MRI Technician, to name few.

Validation of Resumes for work experience in respective field, Licenses and also verification of work status etc.

# Experience in Tax Terms – 1099/W2

# Worked on Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent & Remote positions.

# Proactively building Client, VMS & resume database.

# Good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English.
