Class Timing: 1 Hour between 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Flexible within this window)
Payment: ₹400 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and passionate trainer in Hospital Administration to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver engaging and effective online sessions to a batch of 50 students, covering the full syllabus within the curriculum schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, interactive online lectures using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.

Facilitate case-based, project-based, and inquiry-guided learning.

Ensure students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in Hospital Administration.

Collaborate with the academic team to continuously upgrade teaching methodologies.

Maintain class discipline, attendance, and student engagement.

Provide timely feedback and support to learners.

Requirements:
Qualification: MBA in Hospital Administration / MHA / Diploma in Hospital Administration.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience in Hospital Administration preferred.

Proficiency in using PowerPoint for delivering content effectively.

Must own a laptop and have a high-speed internet connection.

Ability to manage and motivate large student groups (50 learners).
