The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable requirement gathering , documentation and communication. This role involves managing data analytics and reporting part.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of Business head
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for Business head
• Analyse current processes and identify gaps for process improvement
• Liasioning with inter and intra departments for better communication
• Use data amalytics tools to collect , interpret and present data for infiormed decision making
• Creation of dashboards and reports to track progress and performance
• Project support
• Administrative support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, Reporting
• Data management and data reporting, MIS
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with pleasent personality

Note- This role is based Jaquar’s international head office, Manesar and with work form office setup
