Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphereAnswer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessaryCreate and maintain updated documents and spreadsheetsOversee sorting and distribution of incoming mailPrepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checksRecord meeting minutes and dictationsPerform inventory of office supplies and order what is neededJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowanceSchedule:Flexible shiftRotational shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Front office: 2 years (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 9827711112
