Job description

– Complete management of Store operations

– Drive team towards successful achievement of assigned Targets on Business parameters including YOY growth

– Maintain Like for like (LFL) / Same store growth ahead of the prevailing market trends

– Managing Team by driving / aligning personal aspirations with laid down company objectives and targets

– Team briefing/grooming/training and development/retention of talent for deployment in the best interest of Company

– Maintain visual merchandising standards as per the latest trends & norms of the company

– Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

– Operational excellence to ensure adherence to laid down SOPs

– Maintaining track of stock dispatched and global count on a timely basis to avoid shrinkages

– Creation of weekly staff roster to ensure proper staffing at all times

– Being updated on competitors, retail partner performances and consumer trends

– Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by Stakeholders

– Ability to handle staff grievances and control attrition
