Full Job Description
Exp: 3 years 8 yearsDesignation: Office Admin1. Responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of effective facilities policies and procedures.2. Handle the short and long-term plans associated with space and facility planning and manage short- and long-term budget projections.3. Execute established operational goals and conduct periodic reviews of existing policies and procedures to ensure maximum.4. Responsible for budgeting and compliance.5. Financial forecasting and generation and updating of budgets and schedules for facilities expenditures.6. Ensure compliance with legal regulations.7. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives against benchmarks and drive appropriate initiatives.8. Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that equipment and services are of acceptable quality, competitively priced, and delivered on time.9. Manage legal nitty-gritty for the organization.10. Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff.11. Should have a good database of vendors, contractors, and suppliers.12. Good negotiation skills.13. Good interpersonal skills.14. Good written and oral communication skills.
