Job Description

– Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations
– Cumulative experience of 3 years and above in subject job profile
– Designing, space planning, elevations, landscaping, furniture layout planning and Decor planning for Projects using Autocad 2D 3D other softwares
– Coordinate with business development team
– Coordinate and handle process of approval
– Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage
– Detail the project plan by estimating man hours required and number of people required, possible timelines etc
