Position Overview

In support of HP’s mission to drive a more digitally enabled workplace, we are seeking an individual for the role of “Automation Coach / Mentor” to be part of Intelligent Automation COE team. With the objective of accelerating HP’s journey with intelligent automation at scale and citizen-led automation, this role will be responsible for supporting, guiding citizen automations into production to drive business process automation.

Scope and Impact :

• Works with citizen developers to help build automations solutions

• Collaborates with peers, engineers, SMEs and external and internal research and product development partners to improve the citizen led automation development experience

• Interacts with individuals at various levels with the business teams who are part of various operations unit. Also would interact with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers and Program Core Teams.

What you would be doing:

• Guide citizens to develop and deploy automation solutions

• Provide any technical coaching or mentoring as required by the citizens

• Supporting the implementation of the RPA solution.

• Periodically review developed solutions and enable adherence to standards – Creation of associated standards and relevant artifacts.

• Participate code reviews and validating cybersecurity requirements.

• Ensure solutions that meet the standards are only moved to production.

• Management of licenses and distribution.

• Participate and contribute to citizen led program governance

• Creation of citizen led program performance dashboards

• Help decide citizens to identify when a particular situation is beyond the scope of citizen led automation

• Troubleshoot and help when citizens who are unable to solve issues

Education and Experience:

• Degrees in Computer Science, Statistics, and/or Finance are preferred

• 5+ years of work experience in software development and RPA technologies (UiPath Developer Certification is a must)

• Be intimately familiar with technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate(cloud flow), UiPath, CyberArk, AWS, Expertise on SQL & VMware.

• Expert understanding of RPA Deployment Methodology.

• Excellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills

• Able to work independently,

• Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English.
