This role requires good written & Verbal English language communication with basic technical knowledge in the system. The candidate should be able to read and understand the partners query and provide End to End solution in case of queries/clarification from the channel partners from APJ. There is an immediate requirement for this role. We need this resource onboard at the earliest so that team can have the clear focus on the aging cases and Enhance the channel partner
