About Sales Operations:
The Sales Operations Organization builds relationship with HP Customers, Partners as well as dedicated HP sales teams, understanding operational business models, identifying challenges in the operational process, and finding solutions on how to improve HP interlock in the operational environment.
The Sales Operations Organization is part of Commercial Organization in HP and leads the stimulating digital transformation with the expected outcome to become a more experience-driven organization. It is a strategic function that helps drive HP’s Digital Transformation.
As part of the Sales Operations Organization, the Strategy and Planning (S&P) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc., drives standardized strategy, planning, and execution process across Sales Operations. You will be part of a global team of highly engaged and capable colleagues supporting the organizational charter.
The Sales Operations Experience Surveys Program Manager will work side by side with the Experience Surveys leads in each COE (Customer, Partner, and/or Sales) on orchestrating the engagement model of the improvement plan for the Purchase Net Promoter Score (p-NPS) while owning the survey infrastructure platform for the different surveys under his/her control.
To reach the above objective you should:
Own and develop the Experience Surveys Infrastructure Readiness together with the team
Support the operational infrastructure and provide user support
Maintain Stakeholder relation cross functions (Markets, COEs, Supply Chain, and RTMs)
Demonstrate E2E Surveys Experience Leadership by efficiently program manage assigned Surveys, from Survey Launch till Executive Reports
Influence the p-NPS improvement plan
Part of your learning and onboarding at short term includes:
Manage the Experience Surveys launch within the established cycle, including:
Process and Finalize on the contact list
Sending surveys using Medallia and Manual from HP mailbox
Monitor generic mailbox for inquiries
Sending reminders for surveys replies
Support Survey Experience Leads and Markets with Survey reporting or usage of Medallia report.

You should bring with you:
Excellent Project Management skills
Advanced Excel, MS Power point
Medallia know-how
Advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise for HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
Advanced understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Ability to lead complex process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts, and has thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures.
Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.
Strong financial and business acumen.
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically, 10+ years of related experience in IT/business operations.
Typically, 8+ years of project management experience.
Quality improvement training required, and certification preferred.
Proficiency in English
