HP Inc. Hiring for Voice/Automation Software Engineering Intern at Bangalore, India Full Time

Responsibilities:

Four-year university students who are working in a technical internship role at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

As a Voice/Automation Software Engineering intern, you will:

• Participate in the Natural Language IVR (Interactive Voice Response) expansion program to more countries and languages

• Develop PowerApps / Power Automate solutions for our Customer Support CRM environment to provide adaptable, flexible solutions for specific business scenarios

Education and Experience Required:

High School Degree 4th Year of University completed–typically a technical degree specialization.

• Ability to gather user requirements and ensure relevant business processes are fully described. Work with customer to define the problem (“what”) before proposing solution (“how”)

• Ability to define and develop proposed solutions and clearly communicate progress on work to others

• Desired: Familiarity with Amazon Lex solutions; Familiarity with industry CRM solutions including Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps/ PowerAutomate;

• Self-motivated and growth mindset
