Responsibilities:
Four-year university students who are working in a technical internship role at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.
As a Voice/Automation Software Engineering intern, you will:
Participate in the Natural Language IVR (Interactive Voice Response) expansion program to more countries and languages
Develop PowerApps / Power Automate solutions for our Customer Support CRM environment to provide adaptable, flexible solutions for specific business scenarios
Education and Experience Required:
High School Degree 4th Year of University completed–typically a technical degree specialization.
Ability to gather user requirements and ensure relevant business processes are fully described. Work with customer to define the problem (“what”) before proposing solution (“how”)
Ability to define and develop proposed solutions and clearly communicate progress on work to others
Desired: Familiarity with Amazon Lex solutions; Familiarity with industry CRM solutions including Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps/ PowerAutomate;
Self-motivated and growth mindset
