About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who has 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization. You will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment support, employee engagement, and maintaining HR documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and database management.
• Assist in recruitment coordination—scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining trackers.
• Help in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and screening resumes.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave tracking systems.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and help improve internal HR processes.
• Assist with exit formalities and related documentation.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR (internships also considered if relevant).
• Basic understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other documentation tools.
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
