Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the company’s overarching business strategy.
• Bridge the gap between management and employees by effectively addressing employee demands, grievances, and other related matters.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including candidate screening, coordinating technical interviews, and skillfully handling salary negotiations.
• Oversee Payroll activities, including Leave and Attendance management, and ensure precise calculations for paydays.
• Drive employee engagement programs, including learning and development initiatives, personalized interactions, festive celebrations, Fun Fridays engagement events, and effective rewards and recognition programs.
• Ensure unwavering compliance with legal requirements and regulations governing all HR practices.
• Provide strategic decision support to management by generating comprehensive and insightful HR metrics reports.
• Manage a robust performance appraisal system designed to enhance employee performance and foster continuous growth.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
• Handle a range of HR activities, including documentation, finance-related tasks, asset management, onboarding, and smooth exit procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of junior team members, offering guidance to enhance their recruitment and candidate assessment skills.
• Regularly report to management, offering valuable decision support through the presentation of HR metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in an HR managerial role, demonstrating strategic thinking and implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
