Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This role will require a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Create and post job advertisements on various platforms and the company website.

Source candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking.

Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future openings.

Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.

Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment processes and policies.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
