HRhelpdesk Hiring for Associate Consultant_Healthcare at Remote Full Time

This is a remote position.

• Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research on clinical, scientific, technology and business topics

• Coordinate and lead client, customer, provider and thought leader interviews

• Conduct qualitative, quantitative and financial data analysis

• Develop deliverables, including slide decks, reports, protocols and other types of presentations as required for clients

• Mentor and support Analysts on research and deliverable development

• Develop thought leadership materials including white papers, blog posts and other research materials

• Other duties as assigned by management

• Some travel may be required for client engagements, company retreat(s) and conferences

• All employees must follow company’s employment practices and attendance

Requirements

• B achelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Sciences, Social sciences, Economics, Health Administration, or related field

• 2-3 years of experience working in a health care setting, management consulting or investment banking OR a master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration or related field and 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, digital health or healthcare innovation

• Demonstrated interest in healthcare or digital health

• Demonstrated experience conducting primary & secondary research

• Strong critical, strategic thinking and analytical skills

• Structured approach to problem-solving

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

• General understanding of the US healthcare system & payment models a plus

• General understanding of the digital health landscape a plus
