Overview of the Department:
As part of the Human Resources function, the Resourcing & Onboarding team focuses on attracting and selecting the right talent for our businesses.
Opportunity:
The incumbent to the position of UK Operation services will be based out of Hyderabad and will work with the recruitment services teams and ensure initiating the vetting, coordinating with the vetting team, ensure employee ID’s are generated be following the set of guidelines, pre onboarding / onboarding formalities and creation of P files of Executives, Specialist and Volume Hires.
Role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the candidate onboard at the set SLA
Responsibilities:
Provides support in end to end Onboarding activities to ensure the candidates have seamless Onboarding experience
Maintains robust tracking mechanism to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Coordinates candidate pre-employment checks and serves as the primary contact with recruiters, as appropriate, to ensure timely and proper facilitation of candidate status.
Responds to all internal or external Onboarding related inquiries with a sense of urgency and directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate
All previous Audit findings to be implemented with nil repeats
Ensure KPI metrics are met at all times
Maintain good business relationship with stakeholders
Timely update of leaves on Leave Tracker along with approvals
Completion of all mandatory training within target closure date
Ensure all precautions (confidentiality, mail / file Encryption, password protection etc.) are taken while exchanging data with 3rd party
Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate
Relevant work experience of 2+ years in Talent Acquisition / HR / Recruitment Ops in a shared services environment is required
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
Effective communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
