We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head / Principal Engineer SME In this role as a Principal Engineer SME you will be responsible for the below: We are looking for principal engineers who seek out the biggest problems they can find and solve them no matter what solution is needed. You are not a developer in a specific language, you are an Engineer, willing to learn and use whatever is the best language for that particular problem. Practices like clean code, chaos engineering and self-healing pique your interest. Your satisfaction is found in the elegant solving of harder and harder challenges that result in your growth and the ability and confidence to solve ever bigger challenges. A principal engineer is a problem solver, relentlessly diving into each problem until it is understood enough to decompose and build. No matter the technology, ownership or process, they discover and navigate complexity with the end-goal always in mind. The more complex the problem, the more they want to solve it. That curious mindset is essential to navigating complexity. Do you find yourself doing multiple roles throughout the continuous development flow or being described as “DevOps” or often being asked to help troubleshoot issues? • Spend at least 90% of your time designing and coding cradle to grave solutions.
• Leading (not managing) by doing, helping technical people and teams through complexity and towards an improved way of engineering.
• On the constant lookout for continuous improvement of technology, practices and processes.
• Raising the bar on quality and expectations of what being an engineer means through your actions and behavior.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (Experience – 16 to 20 Years) Skills you will have or learn

• Engineering fundamentals (it’s a creative craft with 100 different ways to solve each problem, underpinned with deep discipline)
• A continuous improvement mindset (if you don’t know something – learn it)
• Engineering exposure to infrastructure, platform or function as a service
• Latest practices in continuous delivery and operations (we do end-to-end technology ownership and use DORA metrics to guide us)
• Fundamental agile delivery (think agile values, not any particular methodology)
• Willpower (stamina) and way-power (know what to do) in improving a complex technology environment

• Skills required for Data engineering area –
  • Expert in Python, Data Flow, Pubsub, Big Query, Hadoop knowledge, NiFi/Kafka experience
  • Should have experience on any of the RDBMS
• Skills required for Data Infra engineering area –
  • Strong hand-on GCP console, BQ, GCS & GIT, Terraform, Jenkins, AirFlow, Cloud SQL, PubSub/Kafka, DataFlow and Google Cloud SDK
  • Cloud experience & Network Architecture knowledge.
  • Linux development experience & API Design
  • DevOps experience with CD / CI, Automation experience
  • Must have solid PowerShell Scripting or any Scripting language.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) specific experience needed.
  • Any experience of building a range of Services in GCP(preferred) & having other cloud provider knowledge
• Skills required for API engineering area –
  • Java, Spring Boot framework, JPA/Hibernate, SQL and Big Query/Postgres/Unix( Basic Knowledge)
