We are looking for a talented Social media Executive to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends

• Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

• Coordinate with designers to create engaging text, image, and video content

• Optimize company pages on different platforms to increase the visibility of the company’s social content

• Formulate posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products

• Measure Social Media traffic

• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

• Collaborate with co-workers (Designers & Content developer, customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness * Reply to online reviews, live-chat and feedback from customers

• Develop an optimal monthly posting schedule, considering Center events & activities and customer engagement metrics

• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels

• Knowledge of online marketing and a comprehensive understanding of major marketing channels
