Hummingbird Scientific is adding a new engineering administrative role that requires strong writing and editing skills to support the growth of our location in Hyderabad. We are looking for a highly organized individual to help lead efforts in documentation and technical writing.

The job on a day-to-day basis would involve working on several projects at once working in small teams with various team members around the globe. The role would be a support role helping engineers and scientists with their work in a range of activities from newsletters to processing documentation to make new components.

Hummingbird Scientific is a leading developer of sample holders for electron, ion and x-ray microscopy and x-ray spectroscopy. Qualifications

Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in technical writing
Experience in preparation of technical documents
Excellent organizational and time management skills
HTML, WordPress, or other web experience

Education and Experience:
Technical background in a scientific or engineering field
The applicant can be a recent graduate but ideally has 2-5 years’ industry experience

Optional qualifications:
Database population or creation
Experience with project management systems
Work in an engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus
Knowledge of inventory systems
Experience with ERP systems

Additional Information

Compensation: Depends on experience. Up to 30 LPA (CTC).
