Description:

Enhance, customize and personalize all guest stay experiences in Hyatt Regency Kochi Malayattoor by curating exciting itineraries as well as on and off property activities for our guests. Develop and implement on and off property activities and experiences that appeal to a wide range of personalities, ages and as per the Hyatt brand personality. Create promotional and public relations campaigns to raise public awareness and visibility of Resort Activity Centre and its services. Encourage and promote guests to experience on property facilities and recommend off property experiences and activities.

Qualifications:

Ideally with a relevant university degree or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Resort Activities Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
