Job Title: Social Media Manager (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at HydraCultivation, a US/Canada-based company that specializes in the production of hydroponic systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that will help us grow our online presence and drive engagement with our target audience. This is a remote position open to applicants from preferably Gujarat or India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with HydraCultivation’s overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide reports to management on performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to leverage them to achieve business objectives.
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, and/or photography is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position will be determined based on experience and performance. The initial salary will be in the range of INR 25,000-35,000 per month, depending on experience. After the probation period of three months, the successful candidate will be evaluated based on performance, and deserving candidates will be awarded a salary increase.
