Comfortable working in field sales/creating own leads.

Must have some experience in selling a SaaS product worth 10K or more.

Fluent in English – verbal and written.

Can speak the local language.

Following is the Role and Responsibilities of Business Development Manager

Traveling:

• Frequent traveling will be required. Both in-city an out-station. Must be from the Open location
• All traveling expenses will be paid by the company at standard industry norms
• Driving should be known and owning a vehicle (two-wheeler) will be given preference

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts in English & Local Language
• You must have sold some product services to generate revenue
• 0-3 Years of Direct Sales (Field Sales) experience
• Preference to people who have worked in short Sales cycles
• Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate
• Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role
• Own end to end Sales Cycle: Sourcing leads, Meeting in-person / Virtual, Pitching offering & Converting
• College and grades are not selection criteria as long as you are sincere and hungry to learn
