They work exclusively with Medical Institutions and National Medical Associations and work with doctors to provide Continuing Medical Education & Digital Conferences directly on the doctors’- mobile. It is an invite-only private & secure doctor’s only professional network. Think about us as a Doctor’s only LinkedIn with a secured What’s App. The app is currently available on Android, iOS and Web. The user is a doctor and through the app, we help doctors to connect with other doctors, have private 1:1 discussion, share & Tag content, cases, and best practices. Groups drive collaboration between multiple doctors coming together based on specialization, Interests & associations

Role: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

– Actively participate in development along with team members, creating modules & systems that can then be treated as a working reflection of the best practices.

– Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.

– Being responsible for Scaling, Performance & Quality for the team.

– Setting up best practices to help the team achieve the above and constantly thinking about improving the technology use are your responsibilities.

– Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you are able to create

– Collaborate with Product Management and Product Development leaders in developing product visions and strategies.

– Define & drive implementation of long term technology vision for your product & team

– You will be the primary owner of the architecture of your product and will also be responsible for getting it reviewed, and making sure the system is built accordingly.

– Creating architectures & designs for new solutions around existing and new problem spaces

– Drive technology & tool choices for your team & be responsible for them

Skills and Qualifications:

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology from Premium colleges (Tier-1 Institutes-IIIT, BIT, DCE, DTU, Thapar, NITs, VIT etc)

– Min 7+ Years of Experience with proven experience in leadership role

– Good experience in Python / NodeJS / PHP / Java.

– Good exposure to AWS, Kafka, Solr, ELK, BigData, ETL

– Take ownership of projects in AGILE methodologies.

– Must have good understanding of current and future trends and practices in Technology

– Must be able to demonstrate true results in affecting business outcomes and must be an innovative leader.

– Ability to drive technology evaluations and provide direction to team

– Ready to dive deep into code and provides engineering solutions in line with industry standards

– Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle
