The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and rollout of new lending and financial products for wholesale customers.
• Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility analysis to identify opportunities for new products.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Operations, Compliance, IT, and Sales teams to ensure product features align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including performance tracking and product enhancement.
• Develop pricing strategies, incentive structures, and product positioning in line with business goals.
• Ensure timely regulatory approvals and compliance with RBI and other statutory guidelines.
• Drive digital product initiatives, leveraging technology to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular product performance reports, MIS, and insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Train and support the sales and operations teams on product features, processes, and benefits.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of NBFC product lifecycle, especially in auto/wholesale finance domain.
• Knowledge of RBI regulations, compliance frameworks, and product approval processes.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative financial products.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, or related field from a reputed institute.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Product Management in NBFCs, Banks, or FinTechs.
• Exposure to auto-finance/wholesale finance domain preferred.
