Job Description:

At the heart of the business model is a full fledged e-commerce platform which enables the buyer to customize every aspect of the apparel/equipment with minimal effort. The design of the buyer site and app should highlight Hyve’s strengths – extreme customization, a rich portfolio of product types and designs, flexibility of volume, and most importantly, the returning buyer’s brand loyalty etc. Hyve’s main USP is the unique purchase experience that it offers and we focus on maintaining the highest standards of service to the customers. . The Sales manager works very closely with the customers and ensures the customers have a hassle free shopping experience.

Major Roles & Responsibilities: –

– First point of contact for customers through various channels like website, WhatsApp, facebook, instagram, twitter, LinkedIn etc

• Accompanying the customer in the entire purchase journey, right from the time a customer raises an enquiry till the customer gets the product. The Growth Management executive is responsible for periodically updating the customers on the order status and to put automated system in place

• The role requires the Growth Management executive to re-engage with the existing customer pool and to ideate and run campaigns for repeats and referrals. Hyve is targeting a repeat rate of 70%, the sales manager will take lead in this activity.

• Prepare Order forms for orders received online. This order form will be processed and executed by the Operations team. Periodic coordination with operations team will be required for this

• Collecting reviews and feedback from customers after product delivery. The Growth Management executive needs to take action on feedback from customers by coordinating with the respective teams.

• Timely response to inbound chats, e-mails, website enquiries, social media requests etc is a key KPI for the Growth Management executive

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
