Quality Assurance (QA) Lead Engineer
We are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches, to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.

We are a software enterprise company for digital transformation & governance of collaboration systems. We develop software for governance and financial matter management. Our 300+ client’s range across legal, finance, pharmaceutical, and the Big Four.
We have a global presence with offices in Philadelphia, Chicago, London, India, Mexico, and Prishtina.
Job Responsibilities

• Assist application development
• Review requirements and documentation
• Plan and prepare test cases, track results using metrics
• Verifying fixes, no bug can be marked as fixed until it is verified
• Create & maintain a framework that is used to automate tests
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
• Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Code Test Automation Scripts using programming in Java, Selenium, FitNesse and UFT framework
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Collaborate with the Product Development team
• Work collaboratively with QA, development, and business groups to complete testing
• Execute test scripts, document, and organize results
• Assist the development team in identifying and fixing bugs
• Comply with Company Information Security policies and procedures and report any incident that is related to information security

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• Team Lead work experience as QA Lead Engineer and in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent analytical skills
