My Coders is now looking for a HR Executive (Female Only) for Dhanbad location to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. Duties of the HR Executive will be providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
The candidate must be graduate and have good communication skill in Hindi and English.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage the Recruitment Process
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Planning and designing employees benefit packages
- Counseling employees as and when required
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance
Note: It is a Work from Office role only.
