You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices over time.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Define the most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
• Attend educational conferences.
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Hire and train others in the team.
• Provide constructive feedback.

REQUIREMENTS: l Great communication, presentation skills, and client servicing skills.l Excellent time management and organizational skills.l Proactive and a self-starter.l Strategic thinker with hands-on experience.l Candidates with an education in Online Marketing will be preferred.l The candidate should have done a paid campaign with set budgets in digital platforms, creating a campaign till implementation.l 3 years of experience and experience in IT services will be preferred.l Team Handling & Team PlayerJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
