Job Description and Responsibilities

Network Planning and Optimization Lead TX, to support 4G/5G Radio projects Responsibilities

• IP Planning & designing

• BTS reconfiguration

• End to end media testing, Ping test & media related trouble shooting

• Follow with customer for media provisiong, VLAN tagging at Microwave & FTTH end

• Ceragon product knowledge is an additional benifit

Qualifications:

•At least 12 years of experience in 4G/5G RF in TX

• High level of expertise in Nokia 4G/5G TX parameters,

• Ability to lead TX related activities for the maintenance and improvement of TX KPIs

• In depth TX knwoledge & trouble-shooting capability

• Excellent communication skills, especially ability to interface with customer and end-users • Decision making capabilities • Good interpersonal and presentation skills

• Good team player

• Self motivated •Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction

•Strong Leadership for Colleague & Customer, and good mentor of the junior engineer

• Proficient in spoken and written English • Engineering degree in Telecommunications
