Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Have to respond to US Chat process.
• Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using the agreed-upon procedure.
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
• Basic knowledge of computer software and office system.
