Job Description

: The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design’s production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.Responsibilities:

• Curate new ideas and concepts, and develop interactive design.
• Work closely with the internal teams to deliver engaging and consistent content for emails, affiliates, re-targeting, social media and display advertising channels.
• Reviewing juniors’ designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Increase user friendliness in all the offerings.
• Conduct time to time designing workshop sessions for the team.
• Create designs that respond beautifully to all devices whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach.
• Ensure all digital creative & front-end content produced is on brand, accessible, useable & meets best practice standards.
• Become a key player in the strategic development of innovative digital projects and campaigns.
• Conduct continual analysis on key market trends.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in the graphic industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to research and resolve issues.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Corel Draw and Adobe Flash is added advantage.

Education: Masters or Specialized Course in Design will be preferable.Experience: Demonstrable graphic designing skills, with a strong portfolio of 5 – 8 years of experience.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
