Daily Accounting and journal entries.

Managing receipts and payments; Keeping accurate records for all financial transactions.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements, track bank deposits and payments

Reconciling monthly, quarterly, and yearly receivable and payable transactions

Maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

TDS, IT & GST calculations and filings & Prepare balance sheets

Prepare documents for banks and other funding institutions.

Work with statutory auditors for company audit and report preparation

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports / MIS reports

Review and implement financial policies.

Monthly Accounting Report submission to the management.

_ Requirements: _

Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role

Knowledge of accounting procedures

Experience using Book Keeping software such as Tally and related software

Advanced MS Excel skills, MS Office, and E-mail Handling.

Knowledge of statutory requirements

Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Must be comfortable in communicating with Banks, Tax Authorities, and Auditors
