Virtual Staff, LLC Hiring for Digital Marketing Team Leader at New Delhi Full Time

We’re looking for a digital marketing team leader to join our fast-growing outsourcing company and successfully lead our digital marketing efforts.

You’ll be helping us build a team of 4-6 digital marketers working directly underneath you.

As the digital marketing manager, you must be hands-on, while still able to delegate and manage other members of the digital marketing team.

You’ll report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work 100% remotely (home-based).

The salary is 1.2 lakhs per year or 100k per month.

• Knowledge and expertise in Google Analytics, tag manager and data tracking

Digital Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Develops digital marketing strategies
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Plan, execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Managerial responsibilities include:

• Maintain digital marketing staff by working with our HR team to recruit, select, and orient new employees.
• Complete digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
