You will co-create communication and marketing ideas with our inhouse team that must embrace innovation and establish an instant connect with our clients, partners, and beneficiaries. Your methods must align with our global standards of internal & external communication. Your proven competence & exposure in the urban or technology sectors (if any) will be an advantage for you to assess ongoing trends in communication and marketing strategies within IBI & otherwise, and arrive at a stronger strategy for IBI. You will work directly with our management team and will get many opportunities to tailor and expand your creative role at IBI Group India. IBI Group has offices across India, but we are headquartered in Gurgaon. This position is based out of Gurgaon. 1. Work with IBI Group’s (Toronto) communications team and IBI Group India’s design teams to establish standards, templates, guidebooks for internal & external communication, aligned with IBI Global branding standards. 2. Create a roadmap along with the core IBI team for all internal & external communication with quantifiable outcomes to evolve as a stronger BRAND in the Indian market. 3. Lead the external/ internal communication & marketing initiatives such as exhibition stall designs, books, publication, social media, webpage, presentation design, dashboards and many more. 4. Support technical teams in the design and delivery of environmental graphics for physical construction projects. 5. Support technical teams in the design and delivery of UI/UX designs for technology-based projects. 6. Identify key talent requirements to build & strengthen IBI Group India’s communication team. 1. You should have minimum 4-8 years of industry experience with appropriate educational qualifications. 2. You should be proficient at creating storyboards to communicate to specific target groups. 3. You should have a good grasp over the English language with good writing and editing skills. 4. You should be proficient in graphic design with a keen understanding of environmental graphical design, packaging design, UI/ UX design, collateral design, webpage, brochures, magazines, exhibition design, corporate gifting, wall design & branding design for corporate houses, campuses, or offices in general to name few. 5. You should have experience in managing graphic standards for internal and external consumption. #LI-YM1
