Job Title: Administration ManagerJob Summary: The Administration Manager is responsible for managing all administrative functions of the organization, including overseeing the administrative staff and ensuring that all systems, policies and procedures are in place and adhered to. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to provide support in achieving the organization’s goals and objectives.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the administrative functions of the organization, including office management, facilities management, and vendor management.Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systems to improve efficiency, productivity and overall effectiveness.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to administration, such as health and safety standards, data protection regulations, and labor laws.Manage the organization’s budget for administrative expenses, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization.Maintain effective communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that administrative functions are aligned with organizational goals.Manage and oversee the organization’s information technology systems and infrastructure.Provide support and assistance to the senior management team as required.Undertake any other duties as required by the organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.At least 5 years of experience in an administrative management role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,289.08 – ₹38,771.75 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementPaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 9645433332
