Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide expertise in configuring Employee Central in terms of global business requirements
Understand country specific localizations
Interaction with the client to gather business requirements and recommend feasible and effective solutions.
Should be able to understand the functional requirements from the client and appropriately convert them into Design documents.
Well versed in the various processes of implementation projects including, but not be limited to, business requirements gathering, design, testing, data conversion, reporting etc.
Must ensure high quality and on-time delivery of project requirements based on established scope.
Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment while identifying and scoping new opportunities.
Should be able to assist the team with his/her technical skills whenever an issue is encountered.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various cross-functional IT and business teams.
Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, write functional specifications, identify test scenarios, and document the results.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Overall industry experience of 12+ years
Should have in depth understanding of EC data models
Should have a working knowledge on EC Benefits in setting up (Insurance, Pension, Deductible Allowance, Allowance and Reimbursements)
Should have worked on custom MDF objects and customizing UI screens
Strong knowledge on Business rules using scenarios, and functions, lookup tables
Should be adept in configuring EC workflows, writing complex business rules pertaining to Time Off Scenarios
Strong understanding of MDFs , Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization, Pay & Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Self Service (MSS ESS) Transactions Configuration, EC Position Management and should have handled Translations
Expert in a proposing the solutions to business.
Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions
At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in SF EC and in Benefits
Certified with Valid Delta in SF EC
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Exposure to other SF modules like PMGM , Recruiting , Onboarding , Learning would be an added advantage
Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team environment.
