BE + MBA with 15-20+ years of industry and consulting experience (Ex MCK, Booz, BCG, Big 4)
You will be part the Enterprise Strategy team of India in sell and deliver role. You would be responsible for business development and client management to ensure achievement of Enterprise strategy business objectives in India south Asia markets. In this role, you will be working with top CXOs in India, developing and delivering compelling value proposition to the client in the transformation space.
As a leader for Enterprise Strategy at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You’ll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points.
This role will have high focus on either Industrial ( Automobiles, Chemical , industrial products & other process industries) or Distribution sectors ( Consumer goods & retail, Travel & transportation & Pharma)
What you’ll do:
Develop and drive a Business development target for the sector and manage the quality of the consulting delivery in the accounts
Understand our client’s strategy, business performance expectations, challenges and critical imperatives; and embed into the client
Keep up to date on the industry trends and the combination of IBM services and offerings that are available to meet client opportunities
Live the Client Ethos through Inspire, Deliver, Champion and advise
Work with client CXOs and senior management in the region – accelerating Enterprise Strategy consulting, having expertise in transformation, program and change management. Implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value to clients transforming client operations across functions
Advise client on creating value pools for the future, covering end to end spectrum on advisory, operating models, process re-engineering, intelligent workflows, analytics and technology solutions.
Lead business development, generation of leads and presentation of proposals for business development activities across the market
Lead cross functional teams to Sell and deliver Consulting programs, while developing follow up opportunities to take the client on a transformation journey
Lead and deliver client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions transforming client finance organizations
As an Enterprise Strategy lead, you will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve efficiency. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Mature Leadership profile with 15-20 years of industry and Consulting experience, specifically in Industrial and Distribution sectors with successful delivery of multi-year transformation engagements
Ability to manage and operationalize the business development and delivery requirements of Enterprise strategy practice
Experience & ability to manage and build CXO relationships during delivery as well as for sales and presales
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills, ability work with clients
Experience in working with “C” level executive clients
Strong facilitation skills to tailor delivery with stakeholders
Willingness to travel and flexible to adopt to a demanding lifestyle
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
MBA from a top-tier business school – IIMs, XLRI, SP Jain, FMS, International Schools
Experience in exponential technologies such as AI, Blockchain, predictive analytics, etc is an added advantage
