Your Role and Responsibilities

Thought Leadership in Manufacturing / Operations Excellence Domain areas with equal responsibilities in Solution Design / Defense, Go to Market Strategies & Delivery Excellence for clients in ISA markets

Create Point of View/Go to Market Strategies for Manufacturing Analytics in Operations and Supply Chain for clients in Chemicals, Petroleum, Industrial Products, Automobile and Manufacturing Sectors

Solution design and defense for opportunities with end to end ownership

Delivery excellence including practice building, Training and Skill development , delivery within cost and profit budgets and finally drive client satisfaction index for clients with delivery ownership

Responsibilities

Interacts frequently with business partners to provide technology solutions; develops strong relationships with business partners and staff to develop solutions.

Identify/Understand the needs of End users and communicates to the business advantages & value creation for clients

Establishes/maintains relationship with Manufacturing stakeholders, internal solutioning teams and external vendors.

Participates in development of long-range Analytics and Reporting strategies, Prepare Roadmap etc.

Delivery ownership and responsibility to deliver projects in costs and timelines specified in the solution

Responsible for client satisfaction index and harvest additional opportunities from client engagements

Thought leadership in Manufacturing & operations excellence

Responsible to take individual ownership of opportunities from identification to closure and making sure the competency is developed in line with business requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong background in the following areas: Shop Floor Systems like PLC/DCS, Scada, Historians,

Operations Excellence/Manufacturing Excellence,

Strong Experience in Centralized Monitoring & Control Systems, Manufacturing Operations KPI’s,

Plant level Analytics such as Plant-Plant Performance Comparisons, Assets-Assets Performance

Reports etc is preferred for this role.

Experience with Manufacturing Operations Management Systems including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS),

Experience with analytics tools and frameworks – Master Data Management, Integration of Shop Floor Systems with ERP,SAP MII, Historians like GE/OSI PI/Rockwell

Familiar with Supply Chain Management with a focus on analytics and reporting, business intelligence and decision support

Understanding of Universal Standards, Experience in Govt.regulated environment is preferred

Minimum 15 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role . At least 5 years’ experience in consulting organization is an added plus

Strong leadership background with strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

Excellent written and verbal skills with an ability to communicate to all levels of an organization

Travel is required ( approx. 50 % )

Typical candidates will possess 15+ years of relevant experience and Engineering Degree & a management diploma in Operations Management

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Operations Excellence Consulting

Working knowledge in MES systems/ Level 3 and Level2 Automation systems / DCS / SCADA systems

Practice Building and Delivery Excellence in large client engagements
