Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Data and AI Solutions Architect, you will apply your deep expertise in engaging with top technology architects in Global Systems Integrators that work with IBM. Aside from partner facing role, you will apply your deep domain expertise to propose and build innovative and repeatable offerings for GSI that are powered by IBM products. In addition, will apply your deep domain expertise across the entire IBM portfolio , identify gaps and work with product teams to build solutions that partners can take to market using Cloud Pak for Data.

With modern tools that facilitate analytics and remove barriers to collaboration, users can spend less time finding data and more time using it effectively and with Cloud Pak for Data, your IT department doesn’t need to deploy multiple applications on disparate systems and then try to figure out how to get them to connect.

As a Telco Network Architect for Global Systems Integrator Labs, you will

• Influence technical experts in Global Systems Integrators to adopt IBM Cloud Pak for Network Automation products
• Deliver strategy and technical overviews on Cloud Pak for Network Automation portfolio
• Suggest new solution offerings using IBM AI Apps portfolio or other IBM products like Cloud or AI
• Develop proof of concepts and provide guidance to other architects
• Work with IBM product teams to understand and influence roadmaps and provide feedback from partners

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Data / Database related technologies.
• Deep expertise preferred in any of one of the core IBM technology areas Data stage, MDM, Governance or Netezza DB2.
• Excellent Communication, customer facing and technical leadership skills
• Ability to pick up new areas like AI and work hands on in developing proof of concepts
• Able to provide technical guidance to a team of lesser experienced professionals

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Exposure to multiple Industry Domains where you have implemented or done deep consulting.
• Exposure to machine learning, data science or python notebooks.
• Exposure to areas like new solution innovation and pre-sales
• Exposure to other ETL/Governance/MDM would be an added advantage.
