Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
Delivery Partner for Large Application Development / Transformation / Support Engagements, managing the contractual client deliverable with customer satisfaction. The delivery responsibility will cover managing the applications from Infrastructure to Application.

What you’ll do:

• End to End Delivery of the contract
• Project Planning, Estimation, Schedule & Delivery
• Client Stakeholder Management
• Customer Satisfaction
• Identifications of risks and working out the mitigating action plan.
• Issue Management & Resolution
• Own the Project Deliverables & Client Commitments Provided
• Financial Management (Revenue & Gross Profit)
• Base Account Growth

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 15+ years of experience in IT and Project Management
• Of the 15+ years of experience, minimum of 7 – 10 years of having worked as technical team member / lead / architect with hands on experience.
• Delivered IT Project in Custom / SAP Application Support & Management
• Delivered Project / Supported project on Cloud (Any hyperscaler or private cloud)
• Managing at least 2 different projects with a minimum 150+ team members for Indian Customer
• Experience of managing engagement in Industrial Products (SAP) / Financial Services (Banking – Custom Application Delivery).
• Agile Project Management Delivery Methodology
• End to End Contract & Client Management.
• Delivery from Multi Location

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Certification as Solution Architect in one of the hyper scaler
• PMP Certification
• Experience of working new technologies (Containers, NOSQL DB, Digital Projects, Analytics etc.,)
