Provide Operational Support for applications by adhering knowledge on DevOps standards [CI/CD process] hosted in Private Cloud and Docker container platform. Provide Operation Support / do automation for well cloud architecture best practices. Provide infrastructure and operation support to all applications moving from virtualization environment to container platform environment. Troubleshooting application issues as well as platform issues running in Cloud Infrastructure, co-ordinate issues resolutions with operations, functional and technical teams.Work independently on simple to medium complex projects.work towards RCA
Within an agile environment, contribution to all DevOps end to end activities including planning, design, implementation with the DevOps toolset in use including, but not limited to, Jenkins. Understanding the existing application and providing solution that best suits the application model. Maintenance of Development, Acceptance and Production environment Planning and releasing services into Pivotal Cloud Foundry Requirement Gathering with developer and developing solution to it. Should be able to learn new tools in DevOps toolchain when required and implement in existing process.
Experience in building & deployment pipelines using Jenkins ,Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Jenkins shared library Strong knowledge of git and branching strategy. Good understanding in maven based projects .Should have implementation knowledge of following tools within DevOps tool chain. Git, Jenkins , Maven, Nexus artifactory, docker, Pivotal Cloud Foundry Working with Windows and Linux Operating System is requiredPlease be aware Kyndryl will continue to use some IBM systems for a certain period after spin-off.
