Your Role and Responsibilities
As Infrastructure Specialist-Cloud Platforms , you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and modification.

Responsibilities

As Managed Cloud Network Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Managing host security solutions for our customers
• Contributing to the development of new products and offerings
• Deploying and managing VPNs in-house and for customers
• Fulfilling customer requests related to networking, firewalls etc.
• Troubleshooting network and security issues
• Contributing to the internal toolbox that helps us improve our processes, manage our/clients’ infrastructure, and scale the systems
• Advising our customers on how to adopt the best possible service composition of public cloud-based services and tools related to networking and security
• Our ideal candidate has:
• Ability to think in an abstract way
• Experience in IT Security area
• Solid understanding of networking, preferably for public cloud or hybrid environments
• Experience in managing VPN and Firewall solutions
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting
• Public cloud platform experience, with at least one of the following: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills, fluent English

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Skills that would be a plus:

• “Hold my beer – I got this” attitude
• Experience with automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible or similar)
• Basic scripting (Python, Bash)
• Previous experience working with an external customer/being a consultant
• Experience working in international environments with geographically dispersed teams
• Self-directed and -motivated
