IBM Hiring for Manager – FP&A at Noida Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to initiate and be strategic in your approach to drive projects in FPA. Simultaneously, you will be involved in actively managing a team and ensure stakeholder satisfaction and coach to develop people.
• Drive the planning activities across all Functions, validate assumptions based on Business Targets and Actual performance. Update Projections for P&L and BS for the relevant period
• Present the P&L Projections to the Management Team and ensure correct alignment to the same
• Daily / Weekly & Monthly MIS on various business parameter. Publishing monthly Performance Analysis report based on which various business decision making takes place.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficient in understanding of Budgets and plans, should be able to contribute with suggestions and inputs
• Proven Experience in reviewing of the Budget preparations and uploading them in the planning system
• Hands on experience in forecast preparation and participate in reviewing the same on regular intervals.
• Consolidations of Forecasts and upload in the planning system
• In-depth understanding of Analysis of Variances – Actuals and Standards and should be able to provide COC (Cause of Change) basis the analysis
• Experience in Cost Analysis by Segments will be a plus.
• Reporting Experience is mandatory and should have proven experience in preparation of volume and variance reports

• Strong oral written and interpersonal skills for interacting and throughout all levels of the organization
